THIS SALE IS THE LAST OF PHIL'S BIG RAPIDS ESTATE AS HE WILL BE MOVING ON TO WARMER SOUTHERN WEATHER FULL TIME. EVERYTHING MUST GO, NO RESERVES.

PREVIEW: SATURDAY JUNE 10TH FROM 9:00AM TO 12:00PM, MONDAY JUNE 12TH FROM 9:00AM TO 2:00PM AND TUESDAY JUNE 13TH FROM 2:00PM TO 7:00PM

PICKUP: MONDAY JUNE 19TH FROM 9:00AM TO 2:00PM AND TUESDAY JUNE 20TH FROM 2:00PM TO 7:00PM

ITEM PICK UP & REMOVAL: All successful bids must be picked up within the scheduled removal dates of that specific auction unless other arrangements have been made with Currie Auction LLC. No items can be removed until Currie Auction, LLC. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by the end of the scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction), Currie Auction, LLC. will hold purchases for up to 10 business days. Failure to pay within 5 business days will result in a $5.00 late fee, failure to pay within 7 business days will result in a $10.00 late fee and failure to pay or pick up after the 10th business day you, the buyer will be charged any and all late fees plus a $25.00 holding fee to the credit card on file and forfeit ownership of all items back to Currie Auction LLC. Currie Auction, LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period.
