Any items not picked up by the end of the scheduled removal dates (for that specific auction), Currie Auction, LLC. will hold purchases for up to 10 business days. Failure to pay within 5 business days will result in a $5.00 late fee, failure to pay within 7 business days will result in a $10.00 late fee and failure to pay or pick up after the 10th business day you, the buyer will be charged any and all late fees plus a $25.00 holding fee to the credit card on file and forfeit ownership of all items back to Currie Auction LLC. Currie Auction, LLC. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated removal period.
